Cadplan were asked by Astudios to carry out a measured building survey for Transport For London and create a 3D Revit Model for Templar House on High Holborn Street which is undergoing plans for sustainable redevelopment.
Our surveyors were on site for 13 days collecting upwards of 1500 scans. Once processed, the scans were useed to create a 3d revit model. From this model we extracted all floor and roof plans, all external elevations and four sectional elevations.
