Acclaimed Architect and Interior Designer Oliver Laws instructed Cadplan to conduct a survey of a selection of bedrooms at the renown Connaught Hotel in Mayfair.
The bedrooms that are earmarked for updating are centred around one part of the building, with each needing floor plan and reflective ceiling plan of each bedroom and bathroom area.
The hotel was originally opened in 1815 and called the Saxe Coburg Hotel and throughout its occasional renovations and name change detail and luxury has always been it's signature. The detail of the rooms needed to be recorded accurately and with Cadplan's expertise of 3D laser scanning registering all the rooms thoroughly. The resulting point cloud data ensured the CAD team to deliver requested precise 2D drawings on time.
Cadplan's building surveyors worked closely with hotel staff to operate discreetly whilst guests kept enjoying their stay.
