Cadplan were on site again at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex to laser scan and survey the glass Pinnacle that stands prominently in the middle of the extensive site.
Lakeside was built in the late 80's and with fierce competition from other shopping centres in south east has been looking to update facilities to keep its strong attraction.
Architect Gradiner and Theobald contracted Cadplan to conduct the measured building survey. The surveyors were on site on 2 occasions over night to laser scan site whilst main hours of business were no effected.
The CAD team drew a bird's eye plan of dome, detailed elevations and a range of sections. All documentation was delivered to client within one week from starting project.
