120 Moorgate, a 1960's building next to Moorgate underground station has been earmarked for redevelopment has been laser scanned as part of a measured building survey and topographic survey of the site.
The architect requested contextual street elevations and floor plans for 7 floors and 3 basement levels. A roof plan and all elevations are to be produced too.
Cadplan's surveyors are due to be on site for 12 working days with over 1300 scans being taken to register the building. The CAD Technicians will then use the output from the resulting point cloud data to create accurate 2D drawings.
