The Grade I listed building in the heart of the City of London was built in late 17th century for the Skinners Company and today hosts a range of conferences, weddings and formal events.
As part of preparing a Conservation Statement with potential architectural intervention, the assigned property consultants - Synergy - put the project out for tender. The project requires high resolution 3D laser scanning and applicable CAD expertise to document the intricate detail of building's ornate interior and classic exterior.
The project includes providing site plans of the building and surrounding area as well as detailed, internal floor plans of every room and stairwell, attic plans, sectional elevations of every wall and reflective ceiling plans.
Cadplan's building surveyors will be on site for up to 2 weeks, 3D laser scanning every detail of Skinner's Hall. The resulting scan data and point clouds will then be used by the CAD department to provide all drawings and an interactive WebShare Cloud.
