The golf club was founded in 1928 on lands that were once used by Queen Anne for her hunting parties. The Berkshire became one of the most prestigious clubs in England where some legendary names have graced the greens.
The management of the club needed up to date documentation of the club house with Basement, Ground & Floor plans and Car Parking Site plan.
Cadplan's surveyors were onsite for 4 days using a Faro 3D laser scanner to create point cloud for Cadplan's CAD technicians to work accurately from.
Furthermore a Webshare was requested offering an excellent 3D model of the building where annotations and virtual measurements can be calculated.
All documentation for the project was delivered in just 3 weeks.
