Unite are renovating the former church into much needed student accommodation for the Sheffield area.
The derelict building was first built in the mid 19th Century to cater for Irish Catholics who had to emigrate from Ireland due to the potato famine and had been a place of worship up until services were ended in 1998.
Cadplan delivered the project through 4 requested phases with an initial 7 days on site. Cadplan used the Faro 120 3D Laser Scanner to survey the whole site and immediate surrounding areas.
