Intu, the owner of some of the UK’s major shopping centres, contracted Cadplan through Leslie Jones Architecture to deliver a measured building survey and provide Floor Plans, Reflective Ceiling Plans, Elevations and Sections for one of their main retail units at Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex.

The unit is to be refurbished for a new tenant and also needed a survey of the ceiling based services. Cadplan surveyed all areas using 3D Laser Scanning, which was ideal to retrieve accurate data, efficiently and safely in a challenging environment. The project took 3 weeks to complete with just 5 days on site.
