A prominent property on New Bond Street, London is to undergo a refurbishment process and construction company Osborne instructed Cadplan to undertake a measured building survey.
The building houses 2 retail units serving London's exclusive shopping district with extensive storage below and ostentatious offices above.
Cadplan's building surveyors were on site for 4 days using Faro 120S taking over 200 scans. From the resulting point cloud data, the CAD team were able produce accurately Floor plans of all 7 levels including 2 basement floor were provided together with roof plan.
The whole project was completed with drawings delivered within 2 weeks.
