EMG Architecture contracted Cadplan to conduct a measured building survey and topographic survey for the potential refurbishment of St. George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club.
The tennis club situated in the heart of Surrey was built in 1913 and now has 30+ courts for its members to play on. It has now developed into a multi purpose centre where members can enjoy a range of sports, a fitness centre, a spa and fine dining restaurant.
The architect required floor and roof plans, sections and full elevations with a topographic survey of the car park area. Cadplan's surveyors were on site for 4 days using a Faro 120 3D laser scanner - taking 350+ scans - and the new Geomax total station to measure the whole site.
