Cadplan were asked to carry out a full measured building survey of the property including several detailed internal elevations.

Grosvenor Investments acquired “One Mayfair” as it is now known in 2014 and is a Grade 1 listed building to renovate the site into a magnificent multi purpose entertainment venue.

Csdplan’s surveyors used a 3D Laser scanner and was invaluable in surveying the amount of detail required at heights that normal traditional survey methods would have been difficult to achieve.
