Cadplan were contacted directly by the new landowner of a Georgian Farmhouse to conduct a measured building survey of their new property and provide Floor Plans and Exterior Elevations.

The survey was conducted to help plan a refurbishment process for the main house and its annexes.

The 4 floor house (including basement) was 3D laser scanned using 3D Faro Focus with 2 days on site.

The project, with all documented drawings was delivered back to the client within 2 weeks.
