A Leeds based packaging company contacted Cadplan to survey and provide a detailed plan of their plant room.

The facilities manager needed to audit its current processing plant room for potential redevelopment and needed an accurate measured building survey.

Cadplan’s surveyor used a Faro 120 3D laser scanner to scan the feature intensive environment including a range of plant machinery and ducting to create a point cloud from which accurate drawings were created from.

The 3D laser scanner took 82 scans in one day with drawings delivered to client within a week.
