Workman LLP contracted Cadplan Services to survey Grant’s Entertainment Centre Croydon to provide a Topographic Survey, and conduct a Measured Building Survey to provide Floor Plans, Reflective Ceiling Plans, Elevations and Sections.

The renown building was originally built in 1894 as a department store by the Grant brothers that rivalled Harrods in its day and was renovated in 2002 now housing restaurants, cinema and fitness centre.

Cadplan surveyed the whole site by 3D laser scanning using a Faro 3D 120 scanner with 4 days on site and project completed in just 3 weeks.
