KTB Architecture commissioned Cadplan Services to create a building survey and provide Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections of the idyllic Garden House with Japanese Gardens in Cottered, Hertfordshire.

The property with amazing gardens was the fruition of Far East entrepreneur Herbert Goode and Japanese landscape designer Seyomon Kusumoto to recreate a house with character from his travels. It was completed in 1915 and has evolved through thoughtful stewardship of its different owners. [Daily Mail Article]

The house was bought recently with a potential view to partially renovate with survey and documentation completed in 2 weeks.
