Measured Building Survey conducted for 4 star Mercure Hotel refurbishment

Award winning architects and hotel specialists Dexter Moren contacted Cadplan to request a survey of the comfortable country hotel as it undergoes an updating process. The Hertfordshire based hotel sports a gym, swimming pool and popular restaurant Lytton’s.

Cadplan’s building surveyors were on site for just one day using a Faro 120 3D laser scanner registering more than 50 scans of external and internal areas of the buildings. The CAD department then used the point cloud data to accurately draw the requested site plans and detailed elevations taking just over a week to complete.
